I had meant to talk about the hidden dangers of foods that we eat every day, but perhaps that is a Part 2.
Here's the short list the top 5 unusual food dangers:
GLUTEN- this is the protein that is in wheat and other grains, that is known for causing mucous/phlegm, rotting teeth, and causing depression...
EXCITOTOXINS- these are what makes aspartame, Nutrasweet, and MSG so dangerous
EGGS- do you know the living condition of the chickens that you got your eggs from?
MEAT- same question, how was your dinner treated?
MILK- while the same question needs to be asked here also, pasteurized milk is known for creating excess mucous/phlegm, and arthritis, among other things....
If you are fighting dis-eases this time of year, reduce your toxic intake, avoid foods that cause excess mucous (as in stuffy noses, and hacking coughs), and you will be doing a whole lot better. Some freshly squeezed orange juice, water, and some raw coconut or avocado will help move that dis-ease through a little faster. And don't forget to let go of the stress using the Sedona Method, or Emotional Freedom Techniques, or whatever else works for you. And use the healing power of laughter for that extra added boost!
